Please help us to provide efficient and effective service by following these standard guidelines:

• Place cart on the curb the night before your scheduled pick-up.
• All garbage must be contained in garbage bags and tied and the lid able to close. ( This helps prevent loose garbage falling out when the cart is tipped)

• Bags left outside the cart will not be picked up. ( If you consistently have extra bags that will not fit in your cart, you should call for an additional cart).
• No paint, varnishes, motor oil, car batteries, tires and/or contaminated or hazardous chemicals, construction debris, animal carcasses, yard debris, engine parts, compact florescent light bulbs, bricks, concrete, propane tank.
• The time of day that your garbage is picked up is not a set time.
